B. programme, approved by the Bar Council of India, meeting all essential standards for the highest quality learning. Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility:
LLB.
A candidate who has successfully completed a Bachelor\’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 45 per cent marks in aggregate from a recognized university, shall be eligible to seek admission to the Programme.
Provided that, a candidate belonging to OBC shall be eligible to seek admission to the Programme if they have completed the aforementioned examination with not less than 43 percent marks in aggregate.
Provided further that a candidate belonging to the Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe shall be eligible to seek admission to the Programme if they have completed the aforementioned examination with not less than 40 percent marks in aggregate.

Candidates who have appeared in the final semester examination of the Bachelor’s degree and are awaiting the results are also eligible to apply for the Programme. In the event such candidates are successful in securing admission to the Programme, such admission shall be provisional and subject to the candidate successfully complying with the eligibility requirements as stated above.

B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), B.B.A LL.B. (Hons.),

(1) A candidate who has successfully completed the Senior Secondary School / Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognized Board with not less than 45 percent marks in aggregate, shall be eligible to seek admission to the PROGRAMME.

Provided that, a candidate belonging to the Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe shall be eligible to seek admission to the PROGRAMME if they have completed the aforementioned examination with not less than 40 percent marks in aggregate.

(2) Candidates who have appeared in the 10+2 examination or its equivalent and are awaiting the results are also eligible to apply for the PROGRAMME. In the event such candidates are successful in securing admission to the PROGRAMME, such admission shall be provisional and subject to the candidate successfully complying with the eligibility requirements as stated above.

LLB.
