Overview

Learn. Explore. Lead.

Our Young Leaders’ Alliance (YLA) is a thoughtfully curated 10-day residential summer program designed to broaden perspectives and spark ambition among high school students (Grades IX–XII) from India and around the world.

We create an immersive environment that goes beyond conventional classrooms, allowing young minds to engage with real-world challenges through interdisciplinary learning and experiential exploration.

Built on insights from faculty associated with leading global institutions such as Oxford, Stanford, the IITs, and the IIMs, YLA is shaped around the capabilities that define future-ready leadership. We place strong emphasis on critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and adaptability.

Through interactive sessions, themed workshops, and collaborative projects, students experience the intellectual depth and inclusive culture of university life. Along the way, they build confidence, perspective, and practical skills that support their transition to higher education and prepare them for the pathways ahead.

Testimonials
“My experience here in Alliance has been very interesting. I found it helpful to listen to what the professors had to say during our lectures. And I got a taste of what university life is like. So that was one of the major takeaways for me. And I loved interacting with everyone, the faculty members, the professors, and even the YLA participants.”
Jadyn Almeida
YLA Student
“It was a very interesting few days here in the campus. And, you know, usually you'd think 10 days is too little to learn something and 10 days is too. What are you going to do in 10 days even? But then later I found out, oh, there's a lot of things you can do in this kind of 10 days with them, with the schedule so jam packed that you don't even get time to rest almost.”
Riddhima Ramola
YLA Student
“The whole YLA program, when we first came in, we were completely anxious and didn't know what to do. But then we started playing icebreaker sessions. We got to know each other on a deeper level because we started to stay here. So, staying here means we see each other through all the thick and thin and we experienced through all the classes together and we went through all the programs together and we watched horror movies together.”
Adhya
YLA Student
“Part that I very love about the program was all the sessions that I've attended and the friends that I've made here, fitness programs and all the leadership, the emotion management, and the branding. So, this program made me more indulged in psychology about how human beings think and work.”
Rizia Jena
YLA Student
“I made a lot of friends and I bonded with them very well. We all were very close, and we used to hang out in a room for a lot of time and speaking about our sessions, we had a lot of sessions, especially the favorite ones where Uma ma’am’s sessions which is on team building and leadership and the one on arts and science art systems.”
